Help with accessing MyPay
You'll need to type in your BBC staff number, and your password. If you have forgotten your password, try using the ?Forgotten your password? link, a password will be emailed to the email address registered with this account.
If you don't receive a password reset email within 30 minutes, contact Finance, who will request a password reset for you.
Using these details, commence login. You will be asked to use Multi Factor Authentication. If you don?t already have an authenticator app downloaded and registered to your personal device, or would like to find out more information, you can find guidance here.
Download your payslip
To download your payslip, from ?View all Pay Documents?, open payslips individually by selecting the date you require and select the download icon (which looks like a sheet of paper with a folded corner) on the top right-hand side of the page.
